First Course:   Cream Cheese, Spinach and Bruschetta Tower with Toasted Crostini.

Second Course:Mixed green salad with beets, orange segments, and crumbled feta cheese nestled in a cucumber ring. Drizzled with our Honey Dijon Vinaigrette.

Palette Cleanser:    Citrus Sorbet.

 AAA New York Stuffed Strip Loin:   Slow roasted Strip Loin stuffed with our savoury stuffing and topped with a port wine demiglace. Served with Scalloped Potatoes.

Stuffed Chicken Breast:  Tender Chicken Breast, stuffed with spinach, prosciutto and provolone cheese in a roasted red pepper cream.  Served with buttermilk mashed potatoes.
 
Shrimp and Scallops Amour:  Delicately sautéed shrimp and scallops with scallions and cherry tomatoes, in a butter wine sauce.  Served with a forest mushroom risotto.

Dessert Course: 

Chocolate Raspberry Affair:  Chocolate Mousse and Raspberries topped with our Rich Chocolate Ganache.
